Overview
We are an R&D firm specialized in design and prototyping of various MEMS devices and microsystems. We began operation in late 2001 with a process development contract for display manufacturer. We design and develop semiconductor processes for small (startups) and large technology firms, particularly in Nanotechnology and Micro ElectroMechanical Systems (MEMS).
